Was kept informed during repair but was told car would be ready on specific dates but was not,not once but twice. There was a box in my trunk which is a part of the repair that I was not informed about. I didn't know it was there until I opened the trunk a few days later. Haven't seen any issues with the repair. Over all, I can't say I was satisfied.

The reverse sensor is still not working correctly, it alarms whether or not something is behind me. I made an appointment to get it fixed and the person working did not help me because the problem was intermittent rather than constant. It felt like I was being brushed off just so he could get me to leave. I would not recommend your services to anyone else.

My experience is over, I wasn’t completely satisfied. The people I spoke with we great. The time it took for the repair was a nightmare. There was an error in communication and I came to pick the car up but it wasn’t ready. Then I waited another week. Will I use your services again, yes.

Although the bodywork looks perfect since picking up my Highlander Hybrid I have noticed that my mileage ha been reduced by 5 to 7 mpg driving same routes as before the accident and driving in the same manner and speed. I also have a low windshield washer fluid warning on at all times even though the windshield washer fluid tank is full and the blind spot indicator on the passenger side does not see cars and suv at all and only sometimes sees 18 wheel and large trucks. I am having my dealership determine the problems and corrections needed.

Horrible communication, got vehicle back without proper parts causing dash light to be on. When I asked they said they were ordering correct part and would notify me when it came in, almost 2 weeks now and still haven't heard anything.
