This is a fabulous shop! Thank you for the updates and for all the little extras like cleaning and washing my vehicle, and also the letter and popcorn! One of the best repair shops I have been to!! Thank you so much

I was disappointed with a portion of the repair done to my vehicle. Management has made an effort to correct the issue,however having to bring the vehicle back for further repair is an inconvenience. Provided the subsequent repair meets expectation, I will continue to be a customer due to the efforts of management.

Everybody involved in the repairs did amazing. I received my vehicle and every thing looked good as new!

I was treated as if I was their only customer. One of the parts coming in wwas delayed due to a shipping error. They went out of your way to recover from that knowing that I was paying for my own rental. Awesome from the time I walked into the door to the time it was done. I am a Customer service manager for a large coor poration in Mankato. I teach this stuff and couldn't have asked for better. Wow!

Expensive! Estimate increased hundreds of dollars without written notice and signed approval. There was a telephone call however left unsure of amount. My previous visit in 08-2017 went much better, perfect explanation, friendly staff, beautiful repairs. This work relationship is why we returned to Jerry's. We had the opportunity to deal with MS Jerry / Geri on this time. She presents defiant, defensive over Everything I felt uncomfortable and bullied by her. My husband dealt with Jerry's over the nearly perfect 10 stars repairs. I (female) dealt this time along with my daughter Amy we had this unpleasant experience. When I mentioned the male/female differences. WOW both Jerry's raised their voices and immediately attacked me for that comment. It was an awful experience. Some photos were found and clarified which was helpful. Some were not pulled up in computer until ,my daughter Amy stepped over hit a button and found the photo we were looking for. In my opinion only keep MS Jerry/ Geri in the back as she does not present well to paying customers. Amy is a phsycharist and had basically the same experience as I. Jerry's has an excellent reputation in the city and surrounding community for being the best. I hope this was a female-female encounter and everyone knows about that as we would like to have our vehicles repaired at Jerry's. Thank You
