On a scale of **** to 10, I'll give my experience a 9. I won't go full 10, because I pay for insurance that will give me a comprable size vehicle, the one I received was not. It isn't as if I came in last minute with a large vehicle, and they were trying to accommodate me. They had a week find something that would be of similar size. The vehicle I was given did not have power lift gates, which is something that I needed, and even after a week and a half of them looking, we're not able to find one that that I could use. And lastly, my insurance was billed for a vehicle that was supposed to be rented to me, but I ended up using a vehicle that was not only branded with advertising, but listed as a courtesy vehicle. I don't think my insurance should have to pay for that. I was advertising for free for a week and a half. The service I received, however, was Top Notch. I was kept in constant contact with how things were going, updates, and when a problem arose after I was informed that my truck was finished, Tim promptly called me to let me know that it would be taken care of immediately, but would take just a couple more days. Tim did an amazing job keeping me informed, and the work was amazing. My only complaint, and it truly is minor, is I did not feel that I got a rental vehicle that my insurance pays for.

My wife got into an accident while using her sisters car. Her issiter is from Illinois and needs to drive back home from the Twin Cities tomorrow. I talked to**** last Thursday and he had a quote that same day and after understanding the circumstances, he made sure the car was ready. The repair makes the car look like new. We are really grateful to**** and his team!
