My car looks awesome! And it came back cleaner than it’s been for a long time. The team did a great job repairing the damage. ABRA was easy to work with, you got my car in quick and I received regular texts on progress. You worked with my schedule for both drop off and pick up and helped secure a rental for in between Thank you!

Even though the sign says "Abra Auto Body Repair of America", its not a seemless process between glass and autobody. That is frustrating.

Cost came in as est. waited for work to be done and on my way, Job well done.

There was a lack of communication and updating. I felt like I was constantly calling to receive updates and felt like I couldn't ask questions because the answers were given in a sarcastic tone sometimes. The time it took was extended due to them getting the wrong part and I was not sure if that was because they ordered the wrong part or were delivered the wrong part. I did not have to pay the extra for the correct mirror but not sure if it was the right one because I wasn't sure why they had to splice every wire when it should have come with a plug. but what do I know I am just a female. Also when I went in for the estimate they told me they could not do pdr on two dents but never really got a reason why. I was also told I could not get a loaner car because it was winter, the fact that I only needed a mirror did not warrant a loaner because I could get my car at any time even though there was no mirror. My car did come back clean. The price for the windshield was also high and I should have taken it somewhere for approximately $319 (does not include tax) instead of $537.67 I spent at Abra. I was just not happy and will not be back there. I thought my experience would be better because they are owned by the nearby Ford dealership and I have been taking my car there and have always had great luck there.

They did a wonderful job and always kept us informed.

Excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Especially surprised that the inside of the car was cleaned as well! Would highly recommend Abra to everyone.
