Amazing customer service at ABRA during my experience. I was able to get my car in the same day that I needed a quote. Mr. Wolf was very helpful when talking to me on the phone before I came in so I knew what to expect. When coming in for the quote my insurance had already communicated with ABRA and details were available for me on the coverage. After looking at my car thoroughly but timely Mr. Wolf was able to show me the damage and explain the process to fix it. When I indicated I may not be able to do it right away Mr. Wolf expressed understanding and empathy, also caution, as my tire needed to be replaced. I was able to bring the car back in a few days later and all was handled just as I had been promised. A great team effort with Enterprise, as the came right to ABRA with my rental. I was given a timeline again and sent on my way after just a brief time. Amazing the amount of time I had expected to wait in a waiting room, and I don't think I would have even needed a chair at ABRA, so quick! I received text updates and phone calls about my car. When it was time for me to pick up everything was again explained very clearly. I was back in my car in just minutes. I teach customer service courses, and I will be using my experience at ABRA as an example of some of the best service I have ever received. Timely, organized, friendly, helpful and of course cheerful were all some of the key elements that ABRA demonstrated. Thank you for your commitment to making you customers experience a positive one.
