Only half the job was completed. Apparently estimate did not get my approval. Car looks great but seemed to take more time than estimated. Apparently difficulty matching paint.

What a trashy place. You told me time after time that my car was "first" in line. What a lie. I was in the hospital with a life threatening condition when you told me it would be ready in a few days. That was 2 weeks ago. I informed your staff that I could not pick my car up after 4 pm today and would have to be notified by 3:45 if I was to pick it up. I received a call 4:35 informing me it was ready and assuming I could drop my plans to run get it, assuming I could have gotten there before they closed. I will pick my car up next week. I will test every remote and electronic function. I will not accept any failure of any system. I have filed a formal complaint and will be reviewing you wherever I can.
What a trashy business.

I feel as though my car was just either rushed through repair or half **** done. My paint does not match the original paint, orange peel effect, the service man Joey was very unprofessional with arguing with us about MY car. Blamed it on his mgr for releasing it for ready status. I wish I would have listened to everyone else instead of the insurance company. Wish I could turn back time.

I heard multiple times that they would “call me in the morning” to update me on my car’s status, but ended up having to call them to find out when I could get my car back. I had absolutely no idea throughout the entire process about when I would actually be able to have my car back.
