The time estimate to complete was incorrect. I received 5 text messages saying the car was ready and when I called it was not ready. I asked to speak to Cody on the third day I was given his voicemail. I did not hear back so I called again and they said he was not in that day. Made arrangements to pick my car up on Saturday morning the store was locked I had to call Sioux Falls Ford to ask why the store was not open. The manager arrived at 10 after he was called. I did pick up my car after waiting an hour for the store to open.
