Customer service is huge to me and Nolan exceeded expectations! He and the staff in the body shop were amazing from start to finish! Nice people but very unorganized. I showed up for my scheduled appt and they said they were backed up and couldn't take my car but never called ahead of time. I was put on a waiting list but never got a call. After two months I finally had to call to get in. Then the rental wasn't set up for me when they said it would be. The work was great once I got in, but not all was complete so I have to come in again later. I might just choose somewhere else. Like I said, great people just poor organization

I do not appreciate how I was treated by Josh when he was working on my car my estimate was lost and he had the nerve to tell my insurance company that I seem like an untrustworthy person he is rude and does not understand the meaning of customer service. With how I was treated I never want to go to ford again they tell u they will do one thing and they do something completely different. Also when I was asking why there was a Crack in my bumper he told me that's not what was on his list to fix.
