For the most part, everything is great. The repairs are great, everything was done quickly and very well. I was kept informed the whole time and your staff was friendly and helpful. However, my SYNC system no longer functions and there is something missing from my cupholder in my console (a silicone type insert that was there prior to it coming in for repair).

I spent two hours cleaning my vehicle once I brought it home. The inside was destroyed - I could write my name on the dash and the seats. The driver door handle is loose and the tint on my drivers window is all scratched up from the repair?! The chrome trim piece on the driver side passenger door is not well attached and not level. I also had over spray all over my rims and a few different spots on my vehicle. I am glad to have the dents gone and it repainted, I just think it may have been rushed a little too much? For over 5000 I guess I thought my car would have been cleaned on the inside and out.

We were told our vehicle would be repaired in 2 weeks. It's been at ABRA since 14 November and still isn't done. We been told on 3 seperate occasions that is is done but when we went to pick it up and pay it wasn't done. We went to pick it up on Monday and the hood was on crooked and there were scratches all down the side so we left it there to have it done right. Now we are being told that there is a problem with the rear panel and STILL don't have it back. This has been a very bad experience overall.
