Could not get a firm commitment regarding time needed for the repairs ie the (days) needed for repair and specific pick up time as I needed to schedule work appointments and needed an hour and a half to have time to pick up the car before Abra and enterprise car closing at 6.I was told I would be notified when Tammy "had" the keys in her hand! I was texted car would be ready at 5 but couldn't get confirmation from Tammy. I received a text that my car was ready for pick up at 5:15. I had told Tammy.my needs about time management. I went to enterprise around 3 hoping that the car would be available at Abra at 5. Otherwise completely satisfied with service. I think they are too busy.
