The damage was more than expected. I understood once the part arrived and were fitting in place, other front end and steering column parts needed to be ordered and installed. I've only driven the car a few miles and not fully tested on the highway. I look forward to driving it more this weekend.

I was pleased with how well organized and coordinated the repair was handled between ABRA and USAA including the rental car from Enterprise. It made me feel a lot less stressed out having someone take care of the details. They let me know exactly what to expect regarding the parts ordered, when they were expected to arrive and how long the repair would take so that I wouldn't lose any time from work. I was pleased with the repairs. They even surprised me by cleaning my car inside and out. It was a very good experience and I recommend ABRA highly to anyone needing car repairs.
