I had two separate insurance claims, one for auto body work and a windshield replacement. My auto body work was great and the red wing shop was fantastic. However, the glass person I spoke with never set up the appointment to coordinate with red wing shop to get my windshield replaced. Since I already had a rental and my car was in the shop for a week I expected to have all my work done at once. Very very disappointed in the glass shop.
