Things which would have improved my experience:
- don't use my middle name when addressing me in the text update messages
- every text message arrived as two messages which is annoying
- last time I had my vehicle repaired there they cleaned the interior of my car (vacuum, wipe). I had been really looking forward to that but they didn't do it.
