My ONLY comment would be that understanding that my situation and the repairs done to my car switched my repair to “customer pay” - I was very unclear on this. It all worked out - very well in my favor. And I’m happy Butch did what he did to repair my car. That one small item would have been better to be clarified if possible for future customers in similar situations.

However, the final bill was 40% higher than the estimate. It obviously would not have made a difference in paying the increased cost, but it would have been helpful to have a phone call letting us know the increased difference.
