I was very impressed with every aspect of my experience from the initial assessment to the final repair. John Grolmus is a professional of the highest caliber. ABRA went above and beyond by providing a rental when their loaner wasn't available, keeping me informed of the time frame and progress, detailing my vehicle after the repair, standing behind their work with a lifetime warranty, and highlighting what I would need to communicate to my insurance company. I give ABRA an excellent rating and would definitely recommend it to others.
