The driver side door grip handle on post was broken while in their care. Curious to see if manager calls me next week and takes care of this issue.

Apppointment was made more than 30 days in advance. I was advised it would rake 3 days. I dropped the car off the morning of May 27. I had not heard anything after 3 days, so I called on May 30. I was advised they did not have all parts and they would call me that afternoon to let me know status. No one called. I tried to reach them, but they had already closed. Still mo call as of Monday morning so I called them. Still no word on part. No call Monday afternoon so I called for status. I was advised that it would be done shortly and I could come and get the car. Poor communication and customer service. Good work on car.
