Detailing was very poor. A lot of glass in the console. Scuffs and stains inside on floor. Dents in the driver's door. Orange peel paint looks different than original. Canned text messaging should be discontinued. It was worthless.

The repairs were done to my satisfaction however the car could have been cleaner when it was returned to me. I ha just bought the car 8 days before the accident- not enough tome for it to have become this dirty on the inside. Also the driver’s side mirror had car grease on it.

Extremely quick service! It wasn't a large repair, but still dropped it off in the morning and it was available the next afternoon. Was kept well informed of the repair status with calls and text updates. Brian was an excellent representative and was very kind. Abra was up front about their wait list and actually was able to fit me in much sooner than anticipated. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
