While I accept that the delay in the repair was maybe in part out of your control, I am disappointed to find damage that you missed even though you had my car for 33 days and that you forgot that I wanted to replace the left headlight while you were repairing my car. You have great communication and follow up throughout the entire period and I appreciated being kept in the loop. But the result is not what I expected.
