The entire experience was comfortable and simple
In the past situations like this was one big
Headache and stressful losing time off work, waiting
Having to catch the trolley from downtown
Then walking from Walmart to dealership. It
Was one big hassle. The relationship w Enterprise
Was a welcome surprise. I also appreciated the daily
Texts updating. In the past I had to make several
calls and be put on hold and person who could tell
me something was not available. I truly enjoyed
the entire time you had my 4 Runner & it was
Washed and vacuumed and I felt I had a new car.

Eveything was taken care of well & ahead of schedule. Very courteous staff and I appreciated the update calls. Only negative was that the vents weren't cleared of the glass shards- so on the first two times I turned on the defroster, tiny glass fragments came flying out.
