Abra was so accommodating throughout the whole process of getting my car repaired. I actually had already chosen another repair servicer and gotten the estimate but wanted to get a second opinion from Abra. The service was so awesome from the very beginning that I decided to switch service providers. Friendly, finished on time, and they even had it all cleaned up for me when I picked it up. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I had the unfortunate luck of being in car accidents with both our vehicles just a few days apart. This was a stressful event only compounded by an upcoming cruise vacation and the uncertainty of vehicle repairs being complete upon our return. Shawn Deason handled my Chevrolet truck and Kyle Harrison handled my wife's VW. Both gentleman were very professional when handling our vehicles. We received timely updates leading into our vacation along with email updates to put us at ease while traveling abroad. I hope my wife and I are never in this situation again.
