When I delivered my car I was not told they would need my roof rack key and since I left that night for a week vacation they weren’t able to get any work done on my car. Next time they need to make sure they tell me everything they will need to get the job done.

Andrew Stokes was courteous and accommodating. When I told him my wife had a MD appointment I had to take her to which might conflict with picking up my repaired VW Jetta, he suggested that I pick it up the next day. Which I did.The car was cleaned, inside and out Andrew even gave me a small bottle of the car's paint for me to use on a small scratch I had put on the rear bumper area. Overall, I was very pleased. Thanks for a good ending to what started as a bad beginning,(car collision.)
