It took a month to get an estimate done and papers to the insurance. During this time I kept getting text messages saying it was almost complete but that was not true. Then I ran out of rental from my insurance so had to make arrangements for this service center to continue to pay the rental.
It took a bit after the estimate to finish the car kept having problems with getting all the parts, it was one bad news thing after another, had to take time off work to go and pick up the car.
Got the car back and noticed my chrome license plate frame is missing in the back of the car where there was no damage and nothing should have been touched, but obviously someone took the time to take it and screw the plate back on.
