Service king was great, fixed my car earlier than expected. Even courtesy detailed and polished it. I really appreciated how the communication was, it was great to get updates as things were going along. I would definitely recommend!

Overall the work done was excellent and Maria was very good to work with as well however, once I got home I discovered that the driver side windshield washer does not work. Since the hood was replaced I would have assumed this would have been checked. It is not really a big deal but you asked. I have already spoken with Maria and I will take my truck back on Wednesday. Not terribly convenient but it is what it is.

While my car was in your shop the battery was drained because the car doors were left open. I trusted upon pickup the car would be in the same condition as when I dropped it off so I used it to run errands. Because the battery died within 3 minutes of pickup, I was unable to keep my appointments and wasted time waiting for assistance. While I appreciate that you sent someone to jump start the car the battery is now not holding a charge due to the battery damage. Someone could have charged the battery before I picked it up or at least warned me about the problem.
