I was satisfied because the Victorville shop was full my car to go to the nearest shop which was San Bernardino. Since I couldn’t get to SB, I was sent the documents through Docu-sign to verify the only damage before accident. I was kept informed the status of the repairs with a call or email weekly since it too almost a month waiting for parts etc. to come from KIA. They even had someone drive my car to the Victorville location for me to pick up; which I thought was pretty darn amazing. The only issue was nobody called me from Victorville when my car arrived and I almost missed getting my car since the close at Noon. All in all Service King service was good but, SB customer service seemed better than Victorville

Truck the done right...had to take it back...I have never had to do that for all the years we sealed with street and now service king...sorry truck should have not been released...especially since we were told to pick up truck at 10am..and truck wasn't finish..and we still had to wait...took rental back...to find truck wasn't finish ..we beleave they knew it wasn't done..and didn't believe we would notice...so very sad
