we chose this company because we had used 1st Class auto 2xs prior. when I found out it changed ownership I called and was assured it was the same quality of service. the work took too long to repair and cost me $100 out of pocket for the extension of the rental. i was told it was a parts nightmare which is not my problem. you are in the business of repair and should know what vendors to use.

I got a text at 6:00 am every day! Then in the final day the text came at 4;00 am! I don’t even let my mom text me that early unless someone died. Don’t text me before noon. We’re not friends. Updates are great but the timing was horrible.

Customer service was terrible. No updates as promised via text. I had to call them every day the last week it was in the shop. I was told 7-10 days to complete the work. It took 30 days. No reasons given other than they are busy. Why then the appointment you made? When I picked up my car it was dirty with water spots on all the glass and mirrors. First thing I did was wash my newly painted car when I got home.
