Although took a week longer to fix my van than originally estimated, I was happy with my overall experience at Bodyline collision. The professional, female counterperson (manager?) was in frequent contact with both my husband and I through phone calls and emails. Upon pick up of my car, she also explained the reasoning for the delay which was apparently the fault of the insurance company. And although I literally arrived the minute your shop was closing, this employee took the time to explain the work completed, warranted of said work etc. She was extremely professional, friendly and just overall engaging. Nobody wants to need body work performed on their vehicle, but because of this employee (whose name I unfortunately failed to attain) I would recommend your body shop to family & friends. I am satisfied with the body work But she definitely deserves the credit for our satisfaction
