I’m happy with all but three things concerning my repairs. First being my tail light housing appears to be loose. Second my 4x4 decal is full of air bubbles. Lastly there seems to be overspray of some sort on my right rear door.

My car that was just 3 weeks old when hit had been repaired very poorly when I came to pick it up the first time. For example the molding on new door was installed upside-down, hinges on new door were not painted, there were gaps in the seal around the door and the passenger mirror also had a gap when remounted. Obviously I refused to accept the car in this condition. I left it for another 4 daya this time with no rental car as the at fault drivers insurance would no longer provide. When I came back most issues were resolved except there is a gap where the mirror is mounted and the new door hinge was still not painted. Im a local who will never use your center again. Im Highly dissatisfied and will share this experience with others to help them avoid the same frustration.

Work was done in a timely manner. Staff courteous. Small scratch on bumper noticed-and staff confirmed it was done while repairing my car. They offered to fix it but I declined. They said they’d leave the order open and I could return for repair later if I changed my mind. Very fair offer.
