Paint repair on driver’s door excellent, Driver’s door doesn’t always close completely without opening and closing twice. (?)
A major safety concern that I requested be addressed was damage to my front driver’s tire. I requested twice that a message be relayed to the appraiser to carefully inspect the tire since initial impact in the accident was the drivers tire. My car was returned with a cracked tire valve that resulted in a flat tire and 2 hours
additional hours of additional tire service and tire valve replacement and resetting
tire sensor. When I called. Carolina Collision the next morning, I was told the body shop doesn’t handle tire repair and since not listed for repair by appraiser not responsible. Doesn’t safety come first? Definitely a communication mishap occurred:(
