I had a great experience with Carolinas Collision At Beach Ford even though I ran into a couple of snags which the folks there helped me get through. I can say that the assigned team at Carolinas Collision Centers was the best I have ever encountered and Gary the team leader was the best. Mike, in the body shop, made a call to the insurance company for me, which resolved a monetary issue. He took the time to show me the car and explain what had been done.
I will say, I was asking about having my car detailed while the car was there, I was told the car would be cleaned inside and out. That didn’t happen. I think if that service had been done, the service would have gotten an A+.

It took almost two months and it wasn’t running right. I took it to Subaru when I got it home and they had to replace a bent transmission mount. Why couldn’t a body shop know that was what made me car run so hard. I had to drive it from your installation to Northern Ohio and I prayed the whole way.

No one from there has kept me updated. I have called, sometimes daily, to get updates. I have left messages that were not returned for days at a time. Jim has taken over and I understand that he is the manager and does not normally deal directly with customers, but I still have to follow up with him to find out anything. The text system was not used after day 2. The service department has been slow and does not communicate well with body shop. My truck had to be brought back, and I am still waiting and not being communicated with currently.
