several things occurred to my vehicle while in your possession. When I picked up my BMW the back window was coming apart from the convertible top. I called and spoke with Mike directly. He stated this was normal wear and took no responsibility. I've since had the top replaced. Although I don't expect Ford to pay for all of that cost I am asking for partial reimbursement. Also I asked to have the brakes looked at. I was told nothing was wrong with the brakes. I've since taken it to BMW where I was told both the back brakes and rotors need to be changed. I'm in the process of getting that done. So no my experience has not been good and you will be hearing more from me.
