I explained to the representative that a whole new bumper needed to be purchased and she reassured me the crack could be fixed. I didn't want that, being my mustang was brand new and the accident wasn't my fault. The repair men ended up having to buy a whole new bumper....and it took longer to repair.

I am completely happy with the way I was treated before and after work being done. I also appreciate being asked about making a complicated repair before they did it to make sure I wanted it done or not very thoughtful of Rob and Angie. So I will be scheduling the repair. The wrong parts came in, took too long to get parts. I had to pay an additional 6 days rental. Also, they put something in the back seat which are leather and now i have indentations. Doubt i will be returning for repeat business.
