Well for starters you should hire someone that will stand by their word; to keep you in the loop about your car status. Also you should hire somebody that knows how to properly do estimates. My overall experience with ford collision was absolutely horrible, I will never go back or recommend this center for any repairs. My truck with in for a paint job and to fix a fender that turn into a nightmare. Estimate was completely wrong, my sunroof was installed incorrectly resulting in water damage to my cloth seat and water in my truck. Wires not connected properly windows not working the list goes on. Management could also use to retraining and some proper etiquette stating my truck was like that when they got it. This was absolutely NOT TRUE at all. Again I will never understand how this place can conduct this kind of business and still be in business. Absolutely disgusting service!!
