I felt like I was more interested in my business than the dealership was. I constantly had to call to see what the status of completion was for my car several different days and times and would always be put on hold. It was not the same exciting experience I had when u purchased the vehicle and the day I took it into the dealership for my first oil change. I am not a satisfied customer with service. The car looks like new but the communication from the people that works there needs some work.

Park Chev. Promise to email me updates about my Infiniti. In about a month that my car was at Park not **** update about my car. On Friday 2/17/2017 I called, they promise me someone would be in contact with me in 5 minutes. It was exactly 2 hrs. later at 5pm when someone called me back that my car was ready. Really. You close at 6 and you call at 5pm. Customer service terrible, when they did call back they was more worry about the money than the terrible customer service. I've been dealing with Parks many many years and never have experience this bad service ever.

My car was estimated be fixed in a week. However, everytime I called to check on my car, they kept pushing the dates back in which I had to kick out a total of almost 900 dollars extra to pay for my rental while waiting on the car. They kept telling me they found more damage with the car in which should have been found when they ran a diagnostic or took the car apart. I was not kept up to date on the progress with my car. I would have to call majority of the time to be informed of any updates. It had taken a total of 2 months for my car to be fixed. I will not recommend anyone come here nor come back myself if need be.

Other than telling me twice to come pick up my vehicle and changing their mind and telling me no you can not pick up your vehicle. Then when we pick it up things are still wrong with it and we have to bring it back down to you all and waited on it another two days which I had to take off work two different times to do and lost two hours of work for. We enjoy all of the service people and everything about Park's Chevrolet but the service and of it needs a little work. Yes I got apologized to but that does not help the time I have missed from my work.
