Tailgate door was operational before you provided services. There was inspection of the quality of services after four company provided services. Now, I must pay money to Honda to determine the problem. I am not satisfied.

Employees have very poor communication skills, receptionist is unprofessional. I wasn't satisfied how the grill part in the front of my car has pick marks all over it, the grills itself doesn't sit/fit very nicely in the new bumper. Time frame given was poor/over promised under deliver. I would never recommend it to any of my friends and family.

What's the purpose of getting text message updates if the information is invalid?! Also Josh that works the front counter is unprofessional and has a smart mouth when it comes to customers and customer needs. Won't be going back nor referring any business.
