This is the second car I have brought to this shop and both times they didn't pay attention the detail. This time they didn't paint a few spots and it was noticeably white where there should have been blue. And the lady and guy had bad attitude when we pointed it out to them.

I brought my Audi in with the understanding that the problem that was went over with the geico adjuster jeff would be done, but shortly after i left he changed his mind on what would be fixed & NEVER discussed it with me or i would not have kept my car there to get a simple scratch fixed just to pay my 500$ deductible, so because of his miscommunication my car was already done by the time i knew what would exactly be done, jeffs supervisor james woods is very rude & disrespectful. No one was a great help here & i will never be back. I will make sure i let my experience be known online & to everyone I can how horrible this place was along with the rest of the reviews online.
