They need to be more specific with payment method.. I know what they said to me and it wasnt only cash or card... I showed up with a check for a remaining balance of 77.91. I had gotten dropped off and my ride left me there. I had to argue with several people about using a check before I asked to speak with a manager, while listening to the employees tell me well he’s not going to accept your check. I felt disrespected by all of them and I personally would have choosen somewhere with a friendly honest atmosphere had I know I’d be treated as a criminal with your company... When your car has been vandalized and everything I had inside the car stolen the least your employees could’ve done is be respectful and understanding to say the least! I’m very disappointed in this company and will never be back.

When I picked up my car, all my left side of the car lights were not working. Car seems as it is in a worst shape now than I had turned it in. My AC had stop working after the accident, and still didn’t work after I had picked up my car. Also paid my Deductible and they still didn’t fix what needed fixing.
