My repair completion date changed 4 times. On two of these occasions I was informed that my completion date was changed just minutes before I arrived to pick up my vehicle. On one occasion a voicemail was left informing me that my vehicle was ready. I left work for the day and withdrew my money for deductible, filled up rental for return , only to be told my car wasn't going to be ready for two more days. There was no sympathy or compensation for my extreme inconvenience. I will never use Neiras again and will share my experience via social media and word of mouth to my peers. A terrible experience to say the least.
