System ran like a finely tuned engine! I was definitely impressed and I don’t say that often. Shane, Billy,and Sean were each professional and friendly throughout the experience. I’ve never had an automotive repair business leave my car parked inside so I wouldn’t have to work outside while returning personal items back iinside. By Shane anticipating the need and offering to do so he sealed the deal on my satisfaction. While doing so, I overheard another customer express her high level of satisfaction, asking where she could post a positive review. Well done.

Was kept up to date on the progress of the repair

The staff was very friendly, all repairs were made in a timely manner and I really enjoyed the open communication via text updates and website.

The unexplained delays in getting the repairs done were one of my biggest issues. I don't understand why an appointment was scheduled on a Monday morning when work on my (driveable) car didn't begin until Wednesday. Then after we were both told the repairs would take 'a week' that was adjusted to 7 business days (heads up: a week = 5 business days, not 7). Lastly, we noticed that in all the repaired areas of the vehicle the reveals are off (don't align/match with the undamaged side of the car). I'm really hopeful you all will make it right.

Scratches on my good that weren't there before. Other than that so far so good.
