Friendly, fast, efficient and went above and beyond.! We needed them previously and we told USAA we only wanted to have them work on our car and no one else.

I was impressed by the quick turn-around on my vehicle. They asked that I drop it off on a Monday and upon doing so, the team immediately went into action, right when they opened. When I got my car back, not only was the damaged side washed and cleaned, they detailed entire car, inside and out. Was very happy happy and would definitely go back.

Most professional, painless, expedient process I have ever experienced. They were caring and maintained communication throughout the duration of my repair. Do not go anywhere else, they will not disappoint!!! Quality work and caring staff made a bad situation as good as it could be.

The entire team at L & M Body Shop has been amazing! This is the second time I've had them provide body work to one of my vehicles and I can't say enough great things about these guys and the awesome work they do on the inside and outside of the vehicle... simply amazing! I will definitely continue to use the many services they provide, not just auto body work, but detailing, oil change, alignment, the works! Thank you so very much for doing such fantastic work on both vehicles and making both of them look brand new! By the way, I have to give a loud shout out to the detailing people that worked on my Nissan. ****. It has beige interior. 2. I have a 156lb reverse brindle English Mastiff service dog that had been in the backseat for a road trip to NC and back; yes, slobber and hair all over the place. 3. Prior to me driving it, it had been the daily commuter car for my husband, who goes to the gym in the morning 5-6 days a week; no further explanation needed. Since these guys got ahold of it, you can't tell there has ever been a furkid in there, nor my husband's sweaty gym clothes/bag! It really is like brand new!!! Though I've spoken and interacted with a few of the gentlemen that run the service desk, I had most of my interactions and communication with Patrick. He kept me completely informed, asked me about performing services before doing anything at all that may have needed to be done that was outside the coverage of the insurance claim/reason for the vehicle being in the shop initially, extremely courteous, friendly, patient, understanding, thorough in every aspect of each process that takes place during both an insurance claim related repair and/or other types of vehicle needs while your vehicle is in their wonderful care. Once again, thanks for everything all of you did!!! It is extremely appreciated!!!
