Hendrick Collision Center Hwy 55 Durham

Hi , At beginning you estimated my car fixing cost was $1690. When I dropped the car, you raised the cost to $2480. Unfortunately, I didn't change my mind and still let you fixed my car. My car also estimated in other collision center and they gave me the price was $1640. Later I called them they said they would not change the cost after they gave me the estimated prices. It results in my insurance premium increased because amount of insurance paid was more than $1000. My insurance company also told me you overcharged to fix my car. I am disappointment very much for your performance. However, I will share my thoughts with people. Regards,

Your team of professionals did exactly what they said they would do with only one exception, they completed the repair more quickly then the estimate. There is no doubt should I have the need again where I go for the repair.

Car had to be brought after intial repair- new molding was torn during installation that was missed and needed to be replaced- now interior was damaged when they detailed the car - a part needs to be ordered and I need to bring the car back for the third time

Everyone we encountered either in person or by phone at Hendrick's was courteous, competent, and helpful. Even when we dropped off the car, they took time to explain the process. Then every few days, we received a text letting us know their progress and the anticipated completion date. When our car was ready, they offered for us to drive the rental to their shop and leave it there for Enterprise to pick up on site. We had babied our Toyota for 8 years so that it still looked like new inside and out. When our neighbor's friend hit it, he did enough damage that the insurance agent considered totaling it. I was heartsick and sent pictures of the interior and undamaged exterior to the adjuster so s/he could see that, other than the damaged left back end, the car was immaculate. The adjuster decided not to total it. Understandably I was apprehensive about whether or not it could look the same again. But God directed my husband's internet search for a repair shop to Hendrick's Hwy 55 reviews, and we left it in their capable hands. They got everything right. Hendrick's proved to be trustworthy throughout our experience. For example, the adjuster covered the cost of replacing the tire even though Hendrick's could find no fault in it other than it was only slightly scratched. Since we faithfully rotate and replace front and back tires as pairs to keep tread wear even, that meant tread wear on the back tires would be uneven and we'd have to replace a perfectly good tire. So Hendrick's offered to refund the tire cost the adjuster included. They kept their word. We received the refund check as promised. How refreshing to have worked with people with such integrity who are also perfectionists and efficient. Thank you, Hendrick's!

Very pleased....which I have recorded to USAA and all that you asked of me upon completion. Ya'll were professional, pleasant, and did a fine job on my care. EVEN cleaned it

Issue with the safety warning system that should have been taken care of prior to. completion & pick up. Now I have the inconvenience of having to deal with the issue and insurance company. Body repairs seem to be fine & look good otherwise. Overall can’t be 100% honest till everything is working properly.
