Everything was great with the quality. The only thing I did not like that the Geico adjuster on site was a little bit intimidating. I am a 61-year-old woman who was by a 22-year-old college student. When the adjuster was looking at my car, and I showed him that in addition to the small dent and small scratch on my rear bumper, the impact had caused my trunk lid and latch to be out of alignment and
it would not open or close properly, he insinuated that that problem had happened a year ago In May when I had the car repaired for another incident. I could not even remember at that moment what the incident was, but it was when a woman’s door slammed into my rear quarter panel at Home Depot because of a 50mph gust of wind. Her insurance paid for the repair at Port City Collision, and ....no one would drive their car for 10 months with a hood latch not working!!! Anyway, the insinuation was very insulting and caused me a lot of stress during the next 24 hours.
