Don’t need to be contacted it’s ok. But coming from a detail background when a vehicle comes from the body shop you do a bang out job on the interior not necessarily cleaning up trash but cleaning the plastics and vacuuming the seats and carpet to get rid of all of the dust that comes from sanding a vehicle. When I received my car the inside was covered in the white dust. I’ve cleaned it myself and am not trying to make a huge deal out of it. Just inform the detail department that they could do a considerable amount better. Everything else was great

The professional service and attitude of my Service lady, Dendi helped put me at ease. The accident was such a frustrating experience but her calming personality and assurances made me confident that I would be able to relax and receive optimal repairs in a timely fashion. She ushered me to a very efficient Enterprise rep who put in a lot of personal effort to make sure I was placed in a comparable vehicle instead of the sedan that the insurance rep setup. Dendi remained in touch with updates often and double checked to make sure every concern about specific checks for damage were addressed. My Honda looked good as new. Although I was frustrated with the amount of time it took for repair, I realized there was more damage to the actual undercarriage than I knew about and the delay was due to having to order more parts.
