Too much orange peel. The representative said I'll have to come back and leave the car for a few hours which is very inconvenient for me. The vehicle was in the shop for quite a while and this should not have happened. I will need a loaner for me to leave the vehicle. Your body shop has an excellent reputation. There is no orange peel on this BMW. Please let's get this addressed and taken care of soon
