Service is designed to minimize contact with clients (?in order to speed up service). Matter of fact treatment is not appreciated. No phone calls allowed with service representative. Only brief ambiguous texts. Reminds me of the US ARMY.

I was completely satisfied with the body work but I was not happy getting back a car with dust and footprints on the inside. I keep an immaculate Tahoe, as I have kept all my previously owned Chevy’s I purchased from Mac. While this was not a major complaint it was disappointing as I have always gotten by vehicles returned spotless.
