Everyone at Hendrick, and Rodney Davenport in particular, was fantastic! I received regular updates on my repairs both via email and phone calls from Rodney. My car was finished 3 days earlier than promised and had been detailed! It looked better than when we bought it new! The staff in the office were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Hendrick also has a relationship with Enterprise, our rental company, and service between the two was seamless. Rodney and the rest of the staff at Hendrick Collision are top notch!

Car repair itself was great. Just was upset about the lack of communication with regard to when my car would be ready. I had to keep calling Diego to get updates, since the estimate of time to repair kept increasing. He was supposed to call and didn’t, I almost missed the pickup window for my car.
