Hendricks went the second mile in repairing my beloved Range Rover. The paint appears to be a perfect match and you would never know that I had been in a fender-bender. The replacement wheel had not come in from the UK and that will be changed out at a future date. Request Hendricks notify me when the wheel comes in. Jason S. was my repair manager and was superb.

I can't recall all the names now, but the ladies at the reception desk were very very pleasant and professional. They thoroughly explained how the process would work, to include the drop-off and pick-up Lyft ride I was provided. I believe the estimator's name was Jason. He was also very helpful in keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle and when it would be ready. This was very helpful in planning my availability and scheduling for pick-up.
