My car was not cleaned on the outside. There were dead bugs on it like they drove it after it was cleaned or they didn't clean it completely. I am pleased that they came down on the gouged price of the non insurance fix. I am satisfied with the customer service and I would consider bringing my car back if needed for future repairs.

Your team was amazing. I was kept up to date on my truck with phone calls, and they finished ahead of schedule. I do apologize for not coming the day it was done but my work schedule wouldn't allow it. My truck looks fantastic and the staff went above and beyond and even asked my insurance company to fix unrelated damage. The only thing I will say is that your front desk never answers the phone but when there in person they were awesome. Just want to say you guys rock and I am extremely grateful for everyone that worked on my truck!!!!

The text message updates of the status of my repair was inaccurate. They implied that the work was in progress, giving a completion date of 7/13, when in fact it had not yet started due to delay in receipt of parts. My vehicle was dropped off for repairs on 7/6; however, it seems the repairs did not begin until 7/17. Although I received a call on 7/24 indicating the parts were delayed from crossroads Nissan, it was still disappointing to see such a delay (over **** week) in the work starting.
