When I picked up my car and tried to start it, nothing happened. No sound, no light, nothing. I went back in and Beth had someone go look at my car. He comes back in a while later and just says the car is running. He went to walk away and I stopped him to ask why the car wasn't starting. He said he didn't know, maybe a weak battery. There was no issues with the battery before I brought it in and no one mentioned a battery issue for the two weeks it was being repaired. He told me to just drive the car so it would charge. When I expressed my concerns about getting stranded with two small children, the guy completely brushed me off and walked away. I just wanted an explanation as to why the car wasn't working after I was told it was fixed. Not the experience I was hoping for.

Larry did a fantastic job completing our vehicle repairs with only three days to get it done. We were vacationing in the area and day one our vehicle was damaged. Larry was able to get our vehicle repaired in time for our departure. We drove over 500 miles to return home the next day and our van was as good as new.
