The color of the repaired front bumper appears to be cloudy. I brought it to the attention of mr. Larry Waring and he agreed with my assessment. Mr. Waring suggested I bring it back mid week for a reassessment after the paint has suitable time to fully cure.

The trunk open light goes on even though the trunk is shut. It is a random event and happens only some of the time. I've shut it by hand and with the button. I can't find a pattern. The car also has a new chip and scratch (both small) near the rear window on the driver's side.

I was told this morning someone would call me **** hour prior to the car being complete so I could plan to be there and this did not happen. Also, instead of having a rental car it would have been nice to try out a car I may be interested in leasing or buying in the future. Also when I arrived to drop off my car no one even knew who I was or why I was there even though I had made an appointment the prior week. When my husband called for an update it took 10 minutes for someone to even find our car, our account or what was going on with it.....
