Paint does not match!! I brought in my car with the bumper matching the car. No one offered to fix it, the employee just argued with me. Also the replaced tail light was foggy, taking in water. I now have to have my car repainted elsewhere!

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Hendrick...from the intake to the estimator, to the super convenient and helpful Enterprise agents; all my questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner. In all my days with a body shop I have never seen such sloppy work and in completed work. Tail light with a ****/8 in gap from the body. Diners left in the car and paint chips not fixed
